Why I started Greatful Giving Orphanage Uganda

I've walked a path of resilience and compassion. Born into adversity, I was raised by a single mother who instilled in me the strength to overcome. Despite facing numerous challenges, I've dedicated my life to caring for vulnerable children. At a young age, I decided to make a difference in the lives of those struggling to survive. I took in poor and homeless children, providing them with love, support, and hope. Life hasn't been easy. COVID-19 took my detailing job, and I had to rely on the kindness of others to keep our orphanage afloat. We relocated to Ttumbu L.C1, Kakindu - Mityana where I've single-handedly cared for these children for five years. My health issues, including intestinal obstruction surgery, haven't held me back. I work tirelessly to provide for my orphanage family, often pushing through physical limitations. My story is one of survival, perseverance, and faith. I relate to those who've struggled to make ends meet, and I'm committed to creating a better future for these innocent children.

As a medical doctor with a heart for serving humanity, I bring expertise and compassion to my role as Health Coordinator at Greatfulgiving Orphanage Uganda. My responsibilities include:
- Overseeing medical care for orphaned and vulnerable children. - Developing and implementing health programs - Collaborating with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. - Ensuring access to quality healthcare and promoting healthy living. Education: Two-year bachelor's degree, Two years in medical school, and a residency program. Skills: Healthcare management, medical research, community health, child health, public health.
